RETURNS & GUARANTEE POLICY
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Poker Jive we want you to be 100% satisfied with your poker t-shirt. We apply all our creative energy and take great care in the process of producing our truly unique and original t-shirt designs. We are so positive you will be a satisfied customer, we guarantee it! That is to say, if you're not happy with our product just send it back to us for a full refund.
Returning Goods
We offer a simple No Hassle returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the unwanted goods in its original, undamaged packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Please pack it well with a copy of your receipt and return to the address on the receipt. Once we receive the goods we will send you a full refund.
We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty.
The postage for unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer. We will, however, undertake to refund return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on the site.
If your order needs to be signed for on delivery, please insure that the packaging is intact and undamaged before signing. Damage caused by the courier in transit cannot be claimed for once a signature has been given.
When returning goods you are advised to use recorded delivery - Poker Jive cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post and no exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered to our warehouse.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you.
